Cost: $15, includes lunch and all the Youth Track workshops plus the overall Conference gatherings

Funding is available for 25 scholarships that will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To apply:

Step 1. Register for the conference

Step 2. Pay TAP a $2 deposit against the registration here. Payment can be made with a credit card or paid in cash at the door.  If you pay with a credit card here, write "Youth Track" in the Comment section.

Step 3. Go to the following Sierra Club Student Coalition website at this link.

Step 4. Select the right side menu icon "click to join" and register as a "user" of the site (no charge).

Step 5. Then "post" to the blog as a means of applying for a conference scholarship.

Step 6. Apply by including your name, email address, and answers to 3 questions in your post.

Question 1: Do you need a scholarship?

Question 2: Why? Describe your economic circumstances that justify a scholarship covering these fees

Question 3: Are you committed? State your ongoing commitment to learn from the day and "apply what you learn in the ensuing year to somehow make a difference."

If you prefer on line privacy, complete steps #1, #2, #3 and #4 as directed. At step #5, go to
http://connect.sierraclub.org/Anne80 and click "leave a message" on the left side menu as a means of applying for a conference scholarship. Use the message function to complete step #6.
